It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Don Boomershine. Don, along with Bill Voigt, led the Veterans Day events for many years. He also led the Birmingham Better Business Bureau and Alabama Public Television through some rough times. He was a great man and dear friend who will be greatly missed by many.  We ask that you remember his wife Patty and family in your thoughts and prayers in the coming days.

Services will be Friday, April 21 at Canterbury United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 8:30-10:30 followed by the service at 10:30. Burial will be at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
